Dear Students,
We are excited to announce the annual Art, Essay, and Oratory Contests for 4th-12th grade students hosted by Gallatin Valley Right to Life! We invite you to showcase your talent and passion for the pro-life movement through oratory, art, and essay submissions. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with the community, express your views, and contribute to the discussion on the sanctity of life.
Contest Categories:
1. Oratory: Deliver a speech advocating for the protection of life from conception to natural death. You may choose any pro-life topic for your theme. Whether through persuasion, explanation of facts, personal stories, etc., your oration should inspire, educate, and motivate others to join the pro-life cause. 3-5 minute speech
2. Art: Create an original piece of art (painting, drawing, etc.) that visually communicates the beauty and significance of every human life. Let your creativity and imagination shine as you depict the value of life in your artwork. 2-D, any medium.
3. Essay: Craft a compelling essay discussing a pro-life theme of your choice. Use your writing skills to articulate the impact of respecting and defending life in today's society. Whether it's a personal reflection, a persuasive argument, or a research-based analysis, your essay should powerfully convey the pro-life message. 500-1000 words
